	<li>Adapt content for various platforms, ensuring seamless delivery and platform appropriate storytelling for the integrated newsroom, its titles, channels, and properties.</li>
	<li>Help balance digital immediacy with print deadlines and long-form storytelling needs.</li>
	<li>Pitch ideas for innovative formats and digital storytelling to expand the impact of the regional section.</li>

Team Support and Editorial Guidance

	<li>Provide feedback and mentorship to writers, contributors and correspondents.</li>
	<li>Assist in planning provincial and regional coverage and special reports, in coordination with the Regions Editor, and the Cebu Daily News-Digital newsroom.</li>
	<li>Uphold journalistic standards and contribute to maintaining the editorial voice and credibility of the Inquirer, its titles, channels, and properties</li>

Additional Tasks
