- Provide assistance and support on USI’s various marketing activities and initiatives with a priority focus on customer acquisition and lead generation including client events
- Generate sales leads from various channels and sources i.e. events, digital ads, website
- Account creation for leads in the CRM system (Zoho) for Application Approval, client info verification, and monitoring of leads until account funding
- Contact leads (from various channels and sources) who have made inquiries regarding opening an account, and advise them regarding USI’s account-opening process alongside the various products and services of Unicapital Securities, Inc.
- Follow-up with potential sales leads on opening an account with USI and fulfilling their account-opening requirements
- In applicable cases, the marketing assistant can also provide specific information regarding the products and services of the Group as a whole.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Assists in the UFII’s Uloan lead gen day-to-day as needed (e.g. as a reliever when needed)
- Any other tasks may be assigned from time to time that are geared towards generating revenue growth for the group.
Minimum Qualifications
- One year of relevant work experience is needed.
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills; clear communication skills.
- Good customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Familiar with CRM systems and practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar software is a plus but not required.
