Job Description
- To assists the Purchasing Department in handling all purchase requisition and ensure cost-effective, quality and timely delivery of purchase items/materials.
- Scouts for possible suppliers. Canvasses & coordinates with the supplier as needed.
- Prepares necessary documents needed to initiate and complete the purchasing process
- Facilitates the signing of POs.
- Follows up and monitors deliveries from time to time
- Perform other tasks that may be assigned by immediate supervisor.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Business Studies/Administration or /Management, Logistic/Transportation or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): MS Office, Microsoft AX Dynamics is an advantage.
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Quezon City
- Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Purchasing/Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
