Job Description
Remedy is looking for an enthusiastic, organized, and creative People Operations Intern to join our People Ops team! As our People Ops Intern, you would be making impactful and valuable contributions to growing and sustaining our Remedy team.
You will work with our People and Business Operations Associate in day-to-day HR operations and tasks, including recruitment, selection, onboarding, employee engagement, process development, and employer branding
Key Responsibilities:
- Reviewing resumes and applications for various positions (including full time positions and other internships)
- Coordinating schedules for interviews and meetings
- Writing job descriptions and updating applicant pipelines on Kalibrr
- Plan and coordinate employer branding initiatives to align with Remedy's hiring goals per quarter
- Monitor and track the effectiveness of the different employer branding projects and initiatives being implemented
- Providing suggestions for improving our current people operations processes
- Assisting with end-to-end human resources or people operations tasks
Minimum Qualifications
- College student in any related field (ie. Psychology, Human Resources, etc.)
- Experienced with Notion and Google Workspace
- Interested in the skin and wellness industry
- A people person with strong communication skills
- Excellent planning and organizational skills
- Proactive and a fast learner
