Ralph's Wines & Spirits Inventory Manager

Ralph’s Wines & Spirits is looking for an experienced Inventory Manager Specialist to maintain and keep track of multiple product movements of various SKU’s in multiple stores. The Inventory Specialist will be accountable for all store inventories in a given area and report directly to the Management Team. The Inventory Specialist must be familiar with Microsoft applications and other accounting software. We are looking for a consummate professional and detail-oriented individual.

Job Description:

• Travels to multiple stores to conduct physical inventory count.
• Reconciles physical count, system count, sales. Compares inventory reports from the system against the stores.
• Verifies clerical computations against physical count of stock and investigates and reports reasons for discrepancies.
• Reviews and conducts inventory activities including stock movements such as sales, deliveries, and pull out.
• Tracks rates of accuracy, purchases, and returns as well as B.O. products to inform Head Office.
• Maintains and updates inventory records through the system.
• Collaborates with warehouse employees and other staff to ensure business goals are met.
• Develops and implements efficient inventory management procedures. Devise ways to optimize inventory control procedures.
• Reconciles inventory discrepancies.
• Implements a loss prevention program.
• Place orders to replenish stock avoiding insufficiencies or excessive surplus.
• Extracts Inventory from the system and provides analysis reports to management.
• Prepare detailed reports on inventory operations, stock levels, discrepancies, and adjustments.
• Provides weekly, monthly, and quarterly inventory reports.
• Prepares a list of depleted products and survey of unusable products.
• Compares sales report vs. sales deposit.
• Inspects the levels of business supplies and raw material to identify shortages.
• Implements random audit of products to ensure quantity.
• General Inspection of store branches (Lighting, Cleanliness, Equipment, etc.)

• Bachelor’s/College Degree in Accounting, I.T., Supply Chain Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent/related field.
• Proven experience as Inventory Manager or similar position.
• At least 1 year of working experience in Inventory, Logistics, Supply Chain management or related field is required for this position.
• Excellent communication, math, and accounting skills.
• Honest, Reliable, Hard Working, Self-Motivated, Organized, Trustworthy, Detail-oriented, and displays excellent Time Management.
• Ability to multi-task and have analytical thinking.
• Ability to adapt and have flexible work hours extending into the evening.
• Having own mode of transportation an advantage as this position requires traveling to multiple outlet stores.
