Job Description
- Deep consumer insights for use in marketing campaign planning.
- Be in the know of the latest marketing trends and innovation.
- Create thorough market analysis of the industry and competitors.
- Develop integrated marketing plans keeping in mind key business objectives.
- Formulate product marketing strategies and tactics for different product lines and actively integrate use of internal and external resources.
- Responsible for other marketing executions such as launch events, activations, etc.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Marketing or equivalent.
- At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in FMCG retail or luxury related industry; is required for this position.
- Preferably Assistant Manager/Manager specialized in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.
- Have a deep understanding of Integrated marketing；
- Strategic planning ability, based on market research and consumer insights, independently complete marketing strategies through STP, 4P and other methodologies;
- Excellent business observation and strategic planning abilities;
- Strong learning ability and good communication skills.
