Job Description
The Training Manager will ber responsible for the following duties in Pamav Training Institute and Technology Center, Inc.
General Management
Plan the training program calendar
Organize the daily activities of the training team
Coordinate with the various departments and speakers to ensure a smooth and effective program
Ensure profitability of the training programs
Execute the strategic direction of the training company
Lead the training team to stay coordinated, organized and productive
Develop training programs together with consultants/trainers
Prepare documentation for certification of the training programs
Sales Administration
Promote the training programs to prospective clients
Present the company products
Prepare costing and proposals during bidding process
Minimum Qualifications

Qualifications:
Atleast 5 years in a training related position
Familiar with the training process
Qualifications in training certifications is an advantage
Experience as a trainer, training manager or any training related position
Experience in managing a team
Can work independently
