Job Description

The Recruitment Officer oversees the recruitment pipeline and drives the employee journey towards fulfilling its people through our advocacy. You will be collaborating with your team of agile problem solvers and different business units.
Key Responsibilities
- Revisit, design, and implement recruitment strategies
- Enforce policies and processes in compliance with company standards and business requirements
- Develop and implement employee support and engagement initiatives
- Recommend and codify improvements to current HR processes
Minimum Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in various facets of HR
- Excellent understanding of recruitment processes and platforms
- Experience in people management and leadership
- Knowledge in labor law and government processes is a plus
