As a Product Designer at Kalibrr, you will be involved at every step of product development, from brainstorming broad ideas to ensure design quality through launch. Using your full range of interaction, visual, and product thinking skills, you will lead and own an experience for our product teams.You should live and breathe user-centered processes to create the best possible, end-to-end, experience for millions of Jobseekers and Recruiters daily.

Responsibilities:
- Partner with our research team to better understand the needs of our customers, find opportunities and translate insights into product requirements
- Work with customers and business stakeholders to define products (requirements, strategic functionality, bold bets), not just translate them into design execution
- Influence the shape of the product with research and data while executing design work using high quality wireframes, mockups, user journeys, and cross-platform interactive prototypes
- Create a unified, end-to-end experience through close collaboration with team members from across the Product and Marketing Design Teams
- Ship, measure, and improve your designs based on quantitative and qualitative feedback
- Plan strategically and think tactically as a partner with product and engineering to define the future of the team
- Advocate for design by sharing your work and presenting cross-functionally, while being able to precisely articulate design rationale
- Inspire the entire team (including your cross-functional) partners by bringing new ideas to the table
- Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g., responsiveness)
- Incorporate feedback, usage metrics, and usability findings into design in order to enhance user experience
- Translate complex design problems, user pain points, and research findings into practical and impactful design solutions
- Conduct primary and/or secondary research, as well as quick rounds of usability tests
Minimum Qualifications
- 3+ years of UI/UX Design experience (preferably with commerce or social sites)
- Highly proficient with design tools (Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
- Highly proficient with interactive prototyping tools (Framer, Principle, Origami, Invision Studio, etc.)
- Experience with Sketch, InVision, and A/B testing
- Experience designing products for native (e.g. Android, iOS) and web
- Experience representing work to a broader product team and other leaders, clearly and succinctly articulating the goals and concepts
- Portfolio demonstrating high quality, thoughtful UX and UI work
- Ability to work collaboratively with people from all disciplines and levels
- Ability to facilitate team discussions and help drive toward decisions
- Ability to work with a low-ego, highly collaborative, cross-functional team
- Excited about working in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment
