Job Description
- Serve as the first point of contact of our vendor who reach us via phone call/SMS, email, instant messaging apps, and any related mediums.
- Identify root causes of vendor dissatisfaction and recommend solutions to improve overall satisfaction
- Update ticketing tool and manage catalogs service requests of the trucking partners
- Coordinate with different departments to resolve the concern of our customer and clients
- Analyze and prepare truckers performance analyzation
- Prepare trucker memo for claims and penalties
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Logistic/Transportation or equivalent.
- Required Skill(s): Logistics, Supply Chain, Monitoring, Telemarketing, Keen on details, ability to think quickly, logically, and analytically.
- Preferably 2 - 4 years of experience specialized in Logistics/Supply Chain is required.
- Willing to work onsite.
- Good communication skills and responsible for work is a must
- Amenable to work on Saturdays.
