Job Description
As a Financial Operation Associate (Billing), the successful candidate will be part of the Operation Department and report to Financial Operations Manager. He/she will assist the Manager in ensuring the processing of tasks meets the SLA requirements from receiving until completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow the daily accomplishments for the success of team members.
- Follow the guidelines based on a deep understanding of all processes.
- Creation and updating of monitoring tracker to identify completed and ongoing tasks.
- Strong statistics management skills to support review, monitoring, and reporting of this function.
- Support department's commutations and hands-on problem-solving in daily operations.
- Ability to perform all other duties as assigned or requested.
Minimum Qualifications
- Degree in Accountancy, Business, Finance, Economics, or similar.
- Minimum 2 – 3 years of hands-on experience in large-volume Billing and experiences in a logistics company or transportation management-related functions.
- Proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets is highly desirable.
- Team management and client handling experiences will be a plus.
