Job Description
- Submits a report to Project Lead/Manager on the timeline, accomplishment and status of the project or module on a routine basis.
- Collaborate with the Project Team and help contribute where appropriate in aligning developed solution in the formulation and updating of standards, policies and procedures to instill compliance and best practices in the development of the system. Possess communication and presentation skills.
- Possess ability to recognize tasks that needs to be prioritized and completed in a timely fashion
- Possess experience and understanding of different project lifecycles, particularly SCRUM, full SDLC (Waterfall) up to Agile methodology
- Effectively perform and conduct capacity/risk/impact estimation and analysis for application system delegated for development, provide work approach based on technical development scope and work effort.
- Manages, maintains and adheres with strict confidentiality of all records / documents and operations information.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must at least possess a Bachelor’s / College Degree , Engineering (Computer/ Telecommunication), Computer Science/ Information Technology or equivalent. Relevant Experience
- Minimum of 3+ years of software Development experience in Outsystems development
- Open to work onsite in Makati
- Good Communication and Presentation Skills
