Business Analyst  

The Business Analyst’s responsibilities are in scoping client requirements and designing IT solutions using his/her extensive knowledge of the products' parts, functions, and processes; and assisting the sales team where technical expertise may be required such as the presentation of the proposed solution.

• Develop an in-depth understanding of the company's products or services and stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies.
• Engage with potential clients to assess their technical requirements and business challenges.
• Create and deliver compelling technical presentations, mockups, demonstrations, and proposals that showcase the value of the company's offerings.
• Collaborate with the product development team to tailor solutions to meet specific customer needs, ensuring alignment with technical capabilities.
• Stay informed about competitors' offerings and market trends to effectively position the company's products or services.
• Can confidently demonstrate HealthBlocks’ products and offerings and answer related technical questions from clients.
• Help in the preparation of Bill of Materials (BOM).

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or any STEM related course.
• Worked in an IT services/solutions firm as a Business Analyst, Software Engineer, or Programmer for at least 2 years.
• With strong communication and interpersonal skills. Must be eloquent in English communication.
• Must be detail-oriented and excellent technical and problem-solving skills.
• Highly skilled in MS Office and Google Workspace Applications and
• Has experience working with Figma, Canva, or Drawing io is a plus
• UI/UX skills are a plus.
• The ability to relate technical information to non-technical customers.
