- Act as the primary point of contact for onboarding brands and grocery accounts
- Serve as a consultant for brands and retailers regarding the onboarding procedure
- Manage and monitor the onboarding process for all customers
- Provide assistance and address inquiries regarding business and operation activities
- Collaborate with other departments (Operations, Tech) to address any emerging issues.
- WFH Setup until further notice
- Nightshift (EDT/EST)
- Equipment is provided
Minimum Qualifications
- Proficiency in outbound cold calling, including offshore markets (target market: US-based brands)
- 2-3 years of experience in Sales and Outbound Calls
- Strong communication skills in English, both spoken and written
- Thrives in fast-paced environments
- Detail-oriented
- Good people skills
