Quality Supervisor  

Warehouse and VAS Operations:

• Ensures that quality management system is implemented and maintained.
• Reviews / Conducts incoming inspections of received products.
• Ensures implementation and compliance to GWDP, GDP, Cold Chain Management.
• Ensures Good Housekeeping Practices.
• Responsible for implementing strict compliance of standard operating procedures conducted by his / her personnel.
• Works with QMS Manager for validation and improvement of systems / SOPs.
• Oversees warehouse team in daily warehousing activities from deliveries from principals and suppliers and activities for VAS operations.
• Demonstrates to VAS team the repackaging activity instructions. Prepares reports for complaints, deviations, non-conformity encountered in warehouse and VAS Operations.
• Reviews documents and batch records used in warehouse and VAS operations.

• Produce reports and statistics regularly (IN/OUT status report, stock report, warehouse utilization, inventory report etc) for VAS.

Regulatory:

• Works with the Regulatory Manager for FDA updates and compliance.

Licensed Pharmacist

With various trainings from FDA

Knowledgeable in microsift word, excel, powerpoint

Knowledgeable in GMP, GWDP, Cold Chain Management, Good Documentation Practices, ISO 9001 Management Systems
