Job Description
- Resolve operational problems within the defined schedules and service level agreements;
- Analyze root causes of operational malfunctions and provide resolutions;
- Handle escalated issues and follow-up on outstanding issues promptly;
- Develop preventive measures and document issue resolution procedures;
- Manage job calendars and flows to ensure timely completion;
- Recommend process improvements to improve operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Evaluate current operational processes and recommend improvements;
- Monitor system operations and troubleshoot problems;
- Assist in budget preparation and resource allocation for support services;
- Install, support and maintain network and system tools;
- Manage job scheduling tool and monitor repair activities;
- Maintain daily logs of operational issues and maintenance activities;
- Contribute to business meetings and report on issue status;
- Develop support plan to prioritize and resolve multiple issues;
- Address customer issues promptly and accurately.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in IT/Com Sci and any other related courses
- Proficiency in hardware, software, network an internet configuration, installation and troubleshooting.
- Proficiency in common office applications (e.g. document, spreadsheet, presentation);
- Basic to advance knowledge of a variety of software (e.g. anti-virus, office applications, firewall, etc.)
- Basic to intermediate knowledge in AWS Cloud services.
- 1 year of experience in handling AWS Cloud Services
- Basic understanding of database systems.
- Knowledge of programming language (e.g. Javascript, Java, etc) is a plus.
