Job Description
- Melakukan proses recruitment mitra hingga mitra tersebut onboarding .
- Melakukan kerjasama dengan kampus / SMK / komunitas tertentu untuk membangun pool mitra .
- Memonitoring proses pengadaan slot .
- Mencari solusi jika ada kendala atau isu terkait dengan proses recruitment dan sertifikasi .
- Menyelenggarakan kegiatan-kegiatan kebersamaan bagi seluruh mitra & karyawan di DOC
Minimum Qualifications
