Job Description
- Works closely with Merchandising and Marketing in terms of allocation, buying, and pricing.
- Positioning the brand correctly in the market.
- Meeting the objectives of the brand including image and sales.
- Budgeting
- Analyzing Sell Thru per Brand per Store and per SKU
- Monitoring of Replenishments of stocks
- Monitors the delivery of stocks per season
- Identifying channel opportunities for the brand in the Philippines
- Developing and leading the sales team
- Inventory Management – to ensure levels are health at global and SKU level
- Weekly store rounds – to be able to see competitive brands, mall developments and SKUs that needs to be transferred for consolidation and movement to other stores
- Monthly Sales Projections
- Monitor frequently the store inventory and suggest planned action for stocks more than 7 months
- Monitoring and anticipating trends and developments in the external environment (industry and competitors) which may affect our brand/s.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidates must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
- At least 3 Year(s) of working experience, preferable retail industry (bags and shoes)
- Preferably manager specialized in Merchandising/Marketing/Business Development in a Retail Industry
- Strong in Sales, Marketing and Brand Management
- Make innovations, out of the box solutions and campaigns with operational efficiency in bottom-line in all projects
- Set clear growth expectations and develop strategies pertaining to the mid and long term objective of the entity top line growth and bottom line commitment
- Be on the field at times
- Must be knowledgeable in analysis of brand and open to buy computation
- Must be extremely meticulous, detail-oriented and highly organized
- Must possess foresight; always prepared for anything and everything
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
