Job Description

The position is responsible for the recruitment, selection, and placement process including the whole documentation process up to the maintenance and creation of 201 files of the new and existing employees; monitors third and fifth month performance evaluation by coordinating with team leaders; and responsible for the movement process of employees and does related job.

Attraction:

  • Responsible for the whole recruitment/placement processes for plantilla, contractual, and project based employees.
  • Prepares job advertisements in the most applicable mode (newspaper, online, etc.) for the present need.
  • Coordinates with the concerned departments the status and update for their request.
  • Administers admission testing, check tests and evaluate results.
  • Prepares necessary reports with regards to recruitment and submit to concerned government agencies.
  • Keeps track of employment records and coordinate with concerned departments for necessary actions.
  • Initiates the conduct of orientation of new employees regarding company policies and procedures, IT, Accounting, Safety, and other relevant procedures.
  • Monitors third and fifth month performance evaluation by coordinating with team leaders.
  • Enrolls new employees’ biometrics in the system and coordinates with the IT department for the syncing process.
  • Monitors expiring contracts and coordinates with concerned departments.
  • Prepares Identification (ID) cards of the newly hired employees.
  • Maintains and updates Rank and File employees’ 201 files.
  • Updates related guidelines and procedures related to recruitment and selection.

Responsible for the processing of the requests for On- The- Job Trainees:

  • Facilitates OJT requirements of departments/accredited schools based on approved OJT requirement.
  • Prepares /Facilitates On-the-Job Training agreement and orientation.
  • Ensures that OJT files/records are up to date.

Separation Process:

  • Responsible for the overall separation process for all employees.
  • Assists outgoing employees (i.e. resigning, retiring, end of contract, etc.) in the separation process.
  • Prepares resignation acceptance letter, retirement letter, and separation letter to government agencies, if applicable.
  • Conducts exit interview on separated employees and summarize the results as part of the company’s study on turnover.
  • Prepares certifications of separated employees for notarization.

Documentary Requirements:

  • Ensures the on-time preparation submission of necessary reports with regards to recruitment and separation to concerned government agencies.
  • Ensures that the Group Personal Accident file is updated (from inclusion to deletion, and upgrade) and submits it to the respective department for processing.
  • On-time preparation of employment contracts and other documents required to manpower movement, promotion, extension, renewal, etc.
  • Prepares notices of salary adjustments and annual salary increase for both union and non- union employees.
  • Prepares Certificate of Employment (COE) as requested of existing and separated employees.
  • Prepares Attraction and Turnover reports.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Must be a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology/ Human Resource Management or any course related to the functions of the job
  • With knowledge and experience in Attraction and Separation Process
  • With background in the whole recruitment/placement process handling multiple roles
  • Preferably with two (2) years of related experience
  • 2 vacant positions available in La Trinidad, Benguet
