Job Description
- This position is responsible for the coordination and execution of internal financial analysis for all business unit initiatives and helps provide key insights to management on maximizing profits and return on investments
- Also responsible for coordinating the activities with the financial planning team to provide a more holistic financial perspective to management. Liaises with all departments and prepares documents related to loan covenant compliance and monitoring.
- Prepares investment financial analyses as well as ensure its accuracy and timely submission to management, internal and external users.
- Prepares pre and post-mortem analyses on investment initiatives and ensures accuracy and timeliness based on set deadlines.
- Assists the project managers in creating financial analysis of potential capital investments
- Creates financial models and sensitivity analysis to formulate financial results and determine viability of potential events, business plans and strategic initiatives
- Prepares cash forecasts and other related reports required by the banks and lenders
- Prepares transfer/withdrawal requests and instructions relating to WaterFall Account on a timely basis
- Prepares payment requests in a required payment modes and currencies to the banks based on complete and correct set of Accounts Payable (APV) package
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Advanced Cost-benefit planning analysis
- Advanced Financial Model Analysis
- Knowledge in project portfolio management
- Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy or Financial Management
- With at least 2 years advanced experience in Cost-Benefit planning and Financial Model analysis (discount cash flow).
- Has background in project portfolio management and investment management
