Administrative Duties:
- Manage and renew contracts with the various service providers of the company.
- Monitoring of company facilities and infrastructure.
- Serves as supplies custodian.
- Monitor over all security and maintenance of facilities.
Policy Implementation
- Monitor compliance of employees to company policies through daily checking.
Timekeeping and Payroll
- Incharge of timekeeping and payroll
- Consolidation of timekeeping reports
- Reporting of mandatory Benefits.
Minimum Qualifications
- Preferably a graduate of human resource management or business related course
- With 1 year experience as HR or related field.
- With good personality and behavior towards work and co-workers.
