Job Description
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepares the Bidding Documents;
- Prepares the Minutes of Meetings and Resolutions of the BAC;
- In-charge in the sale and distribution of the bidding documents to interested bidders;
- Assists in the publication/advertisement of ITB/REI and posting of bid opportunities and awards;
- Provides administrative support to the Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) and the Technical Working Group (TWG);
- Organizes and makes all necessary arrangements for BAC and the TWG meetings and conferences;
- Maintains files of the procurement made thru competitive bidding and other negotiated procurement;
- Assists in the monitoring of procurement activities and milestones for proper reporting to Government Procurement and Policy Board (GPPB); and
- Performs other related functions as maybe assigned.
SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS
- Computer Literacy, knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
- Proficiency in writing skills
- Can work under pressure
- Knowledge in Procurement Law
Minimum Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree relevant to the job
- Experience: 1 year of relevant experience
- Training: 4 hours of relevant training
- Eligibility: Career Service (Professional)/ Second Level Eligibility
