Job Description
- Vital for preparing information for management to utilize during the collective bargaining process.
- Responsible for developing labor policies, overseeing the management of industrial labor relations, negotiating collective bargaining agreements with the union, managing grievance procedures to handle complaints from unionized employees, advising the human resources staff to ensure compliance with the contract, consulting with executive management to get input into aspects of personnel policies, developing new or revised union contracts, compiling information on statistics, and maintaining records of wage and salary surveys or correspondence.
- Responsible for the management and maintenance of all labor-related matters in which the incumbent has to review all administrative cases, coordinate with Legal Counsel, LMRC, Union, and employees concerned.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management, Political Science, Psychology or equivalent.
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Bonifacio Global City.
- Preferably 2-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Employee/Labor Relations or equivalent.
