Job Description
- Supervise Junior Handlers in the implementation of monitoring, report generation and trouble- shooting of concerns related to additional functions/ specializations.
- Represent company interests in alignment meetings, and facilitate project contract signing of Talent.
- Efficient coordination of schedules and project details with Talent.
- Support monitoring, execution, and reminds talent of client deliverables.
- Handler may appear at Talent’s project locations and represent talent, and their interests.
- Be able to facilitate and support Talent growth, content creativity and collaborations via implementation of department structures and processes.
- Monitors and traffics all Talents activities
- Provide month-end reports on Talents (projects, status, concerns, interventions etc.)
- Attends weekly department alignment meetings.
- Attends and helps prepare monthly Talent town hall meetings and all other commitments that Department Head may require
- Be able to harmoniously work with other divisions or departments in the implementation of work processes.
- May be called to do competency-based adhoc work related to function and specialization.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- At least 2 years experience working with talent, online creators
- Excellent pitching abilities.
- Entertainment industry knowledge.
- Ability to network and maintain professional relationships.
- Strong marketing knowledge.
- Has a clear understanding of, and contributes to creating and supporting Talent’s brand, personality, target markets/ publics and skill set.
