Job Description
- Uses Robotics Process Automation (RPA) development tools to create, maintain, and enhance solutions
- Uses the Company’s change management processes to prevent disruptions and outages
- Functions as part of the Process Automation Department and the RPA center of excellence
- Works with Service Operations, Business Process Management, and Account Services to understand business requirements to provide assessments and create technical designs
- Creates and updates RPA documentation for support of automated processes
- Works with end users to ensure quality support and delivery to the end-user
- Owns the support and maintenance of assigned automation
- Participates in operational initiatives
- Assists with maintaining and reviewing existing RPA portfolio
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in MIS, Computer Science, Information Technology, or other related technical disciplines
- 3+ years of direct experience with software/application support and/or development
- Proficient in:
- RPA solutions development
- Excel, Outlook, and Word
- Source control practices and patterns (Git workflow, branching/merging, etc.)
- Experience with UiPath Studio and Orchestrator (being UiPath certified is a BIG PLUS FACTOR)
