Job Description
- Responsible for increasing market share growth for R4 Used financing products (Used cars)
- Creating a comprehensive business plan in accordance with the business strategy that has been determined by Management
- Coordinating with Area Head and Branch Head of R4 Used to determine the business strategy that will be implemented in each branch office
- Assisting Branch in building relationships with Used Dealers
- Monitoring the implementation of the business strategy implemented in the area and local branch offices
- Evaluating the business performance of each R4 Used branch office
- Coordinating with Area Head and Branch Head of R4 Used to determine corrective steps for the business strategy
- Ensuring the establishment of good relations and good cooperation with dealers as a business expansion
- Responsible for solving problems that occur in the branch both internally and externally to maintain and increase branch productivity
- Evaluating the performance of Area Head and Branch Head
- Doing development and develop team, strategy, structure
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimal Bachelor's degree
- 7 years experience in finance company or banking; with at least 2 years experience in Managerial position
- Have knowledge and experience in Sales and Marketing Used Car Program
- Proven competencies in team leading & team leadership
- Energetic, Innovative, and target oriented person
- Have a good command in English and able to work in Ms Excel specially pivot tools is a good advantage
