Job Description
- Interprets current technological strategy development and direction of the organization
- Understands how the stakeholders, processes and technology interacts in relationships and patterns within the organization and formulates plans for a strategic and integrated system as a whole
- Defines business glossary that will align data and technology terminologies relevant to the organization
- Analyzes stakeholder’s requirements and determine prioritization, recommend synergies and present possible solutions to technological design conflicts.
- Cascades technological and business strategies to business units and ensures that they have a complete understanding of the business, its strategies and operations.
- Gives proposal for improving existing software and systems and identify ways to improve efficiency, coverage and quality of existing systems.
- Recommends plans to minimize the organization’s risk exposure when developing or enhancing software
- Recognizes the commercial and business implications of projects and systems
- Formulates plans for a strategic and integrated system as a whole
- Create business intelligence tools or systems, including design of related databases, spreadsheets, or outputs.
Minimum Qualifications
- Must be graduate of any four year college course
- Must have at least 8 years experience in related field, 2 years of which must be in a supervisory of managerial capacity
- Excellent project management skills
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Proficient in business and systems analysis and/or Quality Assurance
