Job Description
- Responsible for implementing and maintaining Human Resources Information Management System for the Organization
- Provide advisory services and guidance to the management regarding system requirements based on the company resources and needs
- Give technical guidance and dicrection to administratrive, technical, and clerical staff on the operation and maintenance of the human resources data systems
- Provide on-the-job and formal training to human resources data system users using custom software and company application
- Develop and maintain strategies to address problem areas at the unit and human resources facilitities
- Process and maintain periodic reports of employee record data
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related courses
- Preferably with minimum of 1 year work experience in HRIS management
- Knowledgeable in MS Office
- Working or volunteer experience in humanitarian/developmental sector is an advantage
