- Tracking of 1st presentments
- Filing chargeback
- Monitoring chargeback time frame
- Reporting monthly chargeback status
- Preparing adhoc reports as requested
Minimum Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience focusing on dispute management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications
- Highly organize and keen attention to details
