Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Monitor and reconcile all permits routed to the concerned departments including the comments.
- Responsible for outgoing and incoming correspondences of Business Development, Coordinate with Document Control for safekeeping and monitoring.
- Develop and maintain a filing system for incoming and outgoing correspondences, floor plans, Business plans, and other related Business Development files.
- Performs customer service function by answering employee request and questions.
- Schedules conference room for meetings and conference calls.
- Provide general support to visitors.
- Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

- Pasay City
Minimum Qualifications
Job Summary:
Manage the permitting process for the client by acting as the liaison between permit applicants and concerned departments.
Job Specification:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies, Office Administration or Management, or any related.
- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required skills: Competency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and English Communication.
- Can work under minimum supervision
- Has good communication skills both oral and written.
- Must have excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Pasay City.
