Job Description
- Drive category strategy
- Understand Lazada Sellers’ success strategies to build relevant and high-quality services
- Build the Seller Services plan across the assigned category i.e. graphics design, financing, accounting, customer service, ERPs
- Prospecting, pipeline building and opportunity identification
- Identify best in class ISVs, Service Providers and Partners, gather requirements with Sellers and internal stakeholders
- Engage a community of developers to build smart applications on LAZOP
- Partners’ onboarding and incubation
- Support our Partners in setting up their services including tests and pilots
- Partner performance management
- Gather feedback from Sellers and internal team on service and application quality
- Constantly think out of the box how to improve the service and increase the adoption
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably in Business Administration or Management Information Systems. MBA, Masters degree is a plus
- High-energy with sound business acumen and problem solving skills
- Strong sales and technical aptitude and a desire to work in channels, emerging technologies and startups
- Experience in managing service providers, negotiate partnerships and conditions, define and follow deliverables
- Strong people and communication skills, e.g., actively involving country ventures counterparts, coordinating multiple stakeholders
- Excellent English speaking-listening-writing skills, attention to detail, Mandarin and Fookien a plus
- Strong project management skills, ability to manage multiple workstreams in parallel, plan for projects, manage own time and priorities
- Self-driven with ability to take on and create new assignments. Willing and eager to learn and deliver the extra mile
- Ability to work in a fast-moving environment in cross functional and cross-cultural team
