Job Description
- Serve as a conduit for the Project Team and Clients then expectations on a daily basis
- Collaborates with clients, leads and interfacing teams to gather and scope business requirements
- Creates, maintains and archives BRDs and HLRs for products based on the gathered business requirements
- Analyzes and provide recommendations to clients and teams to solve issues and cater requirements
- Collaborate with QA to understand and identify better testing approach
- Maintains all iterations are being handled and finished within time and scope
- Continuously work with team to define and improve internal processes
- Reports to the Business Systems Analysis Lead for project and task statuses
Minimum Qualifications
- Is a graduate of Computer Science, Information Technology and Computer Engineering course
- Has a 4-year solid experience in Business Analysis, Business Analysis and Business Process Analysis
- Has knowledge in JIRA and Trello
- Has a can do and will do attitude
