Job Description
- Monitors attendance, sales performance, the attitude of all sales promodizers covering company products.
- This HR person exclusively audits the attendance and performance/attitude by verifying with store supervisor, store checks, and takes photo and reports to HR head cc CEO.
- She/He will manage the personnel deployed in the outlets that they are efficient and effective and communicate any issues concerns to upper management for disposition.
- She/He should be able to identify the problem and seek the solution to manage low performers and give sanction & replacement if necessary.
- Coordinates with the agency, and recruits sales personnel in outlets.
- Computes salary and checks the payroll of promodizers.
- Validates their incentives and facilitates employment of new personnel or removal of erring sales related personnel.
- Her/ His function is one that focuses solely on managing selling personnel.
- This HR should be versed in handling sales personnel and knowledgeable on handling lazy and or underperforming personnel.
Minimum Qualifications
- Passionate.
- Leadership Skills.
- Three to five years of experience.
- Should be street smart and methodical person.
