Job Description
- Coordinate internal resources and third party/vendor for the flawless execution of projects
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and budget
- Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
- Ensure resource availability and allocation
- Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
- Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in the project scope, schedule and costs
- Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
- Report and escalate to management as needed
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks
- Establish and maintain relationships with third party/vendor
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation requirement
- Review the requirement and architect the software modeules and development direction
- Perform sprint task planning and allocat/communicate tasks to each developer
- Implement Agile/Scrum meetings to ensure timely delivery of task and eventually project
- Provide guidance and motivation to team members
- Communicate with customers to ensure alignment of expectations, and clarify dependancies.
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
- 6 years experience as an IT Professional
- At Least 2 years supervisory experience in an IT Project Management
- Able to clearly communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Excellent clienta-facing and internal communication skills
- Solid organizational skilss including attention to details and multi-tasking skills
