Job Description
- Promptly attends to workers requiring first-aid, medical or emergency treatment.
- Ensures availability of med-facilities, medicines & medical equipment in compliance with the requirements of DOLE – BWC.
- Records data of minor/major accident occurrence.
- Participates in safety meeting & discusses matters concerning health problems and awareness on site.
- Ensures that all pre-employment medical requirements of project workers are satisfactory complied prior to their appointment/deployment at site.
- Serves as a liaison to hospitals near the project site to ensure 24 hour immediate administration of injured workers requiring medical attention.
- Participates in the implementation of the Organization’s Environmental, Occupational Health and Safety Program.
- Performs other duties that maybe assigned from to time.
Minimum Qualifications
- Male
- BSN graduate (preferably licensed)
- Preferably has basic knowledge in computer (MS office)
- Able to work for long hours under minimum supervision
- Can confidently handle first-aid cases.
- Physically fit and preferably at least 5’5” and 150 lbs.
