Job Description
- Files documents in the office
- Pays credit card bills, utility bills, government remittances and other similar tasks
- Collects payments from clients
- Preferably with experience in preparing and processing various legal contracts, forms and documentation, various permit and compliance applications
Minimum Qualifications
- Preferably with experience in preparing and processing various legal contracts, forms and documentation, various permit and compliance applications.
- Must be effective, able and willing to transact and process outside the office with various government bodies like the HDMF (Pag-ibig), BIR, PCAB, SEC
- Good communication skills;
- Good time management skills
- Willing to do field work
