Job Description
- Develop brand communication campaign strategy and roll-out plans
- Develop clear campaign brief to be distributed to relevant stakeholders, defining challenges, KPIs, insights anchored on deep understanding of target audiences and category dynamics
- Implement and maintain required SOPs to ensure brand standardization
- Act as a project owner to ensure campaign run smoothly as per agreed timeline and budget.
- Collaborate cross function with different product owners / marketing team to develop integrated campaign
- Become the gatekeeper of all brand and campaign guidelines
- Develop campaign plans based on a deep understanding of brand health and campaign measurements
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Business
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Great at multitasking
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong analytical skills and is used to making data-driven marketing decisions
- Strong project management skills and is able to use project management tools
- Solid basic understanding of marketing principles, practices and techniques
- Mix of experience on principal side and agency side (as senior account manager) would be a plus
