Job Description
- Responsible for the efficient and effective delivery of CRM's support functions in accordance to the directive of CRM department
- Ensure outstanding customer satisfaction by maintaining strong working relationships
- Assist sales team in business acquisitions, planning, retention and management.
- Maintain complete and accurate customer correspondence data
- Develop and update client related reports
- Managing client relationships to build a reputation for excellent service and generate repeat business.
- To deliver an exceptional customer experience and initiatives in coordination across the Autohub Group
- Gathers and analyzes overall customer experience ratings/scores
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of any Business related course
- With at least 2-3 years experience in Customer Service / BPO industry
- Preferably with background in Automotive Setting
- Strong Customer Service Orientation;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
