Job Description
- Implementation of system for monitoring and accounting of real property assets
- Coordination with other functions such as legal services, security and community relations to properly address issues and concerns regarding intrusions to company properties
- Coordination with Legal Services and Exploration and Tenements regarding lot acquisition activities
- Establishment, implementation and maintenance of an Information System for the proper storage, retrieval disposal of documents regarding properties
- Establishments of systems and procedures to ensure the consistency and accuracy of survey activities
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Geodetic Engineering , Mining Engineering, Civil Engineering or equivalent.
- At least 6-10 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Must be willing to be assigned in Bulacan (Board and lodging provided by the Company)
