Job Description
Responsibilities:
He or she is responsible for overseeing the performance of a team of call or contact center operators.
He or she provides leadership, coaching, and support to their team, and develops plans to achieve the call or contact center targets.
Minimum Qualifications
We are looking for people who are:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Passion for customer service and continuous improvement.
Minimum requirement:
- At least 6 months TL experience.
- Excellent Leadership Skills.
- Committed and willing to be assigned to any Site.
- Flexible in shifting schedules.
- Willing to complete the application on-site (Mabini or MAA)
