Job Description
- Directs and monitors driver/Chief Operator's daily activities and performance based on requested deliveries
- Schedule and dispatch driver, equipment or service vehicle to appropriate locations according to customer request, specifications of needs
- Notify drivers of work assignment to ensure on time movement of goods to maximize operational efficiency
- Maintain daily delivery log containing delivery time, job number, and truck required
- Look for truck needed for delivery
- Other general affairs as indicated by superior from time to time
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or short course
- At least 1 year of experience in the same field
- Must have knowledge on MS Excel
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven workplace
- Effective and professional communication skills
- Ability to access, analyze, and act to resolve daily and ongoing issue
- Strong customer service skills
