Job Description
- Responsible for answering inbound inquiries in a timely manner by multitasking and communicating with the customer and able to fix concerns and request.
- Assist our customer with their orders using chat, calls and emails.
- Handle customers complains in effective and productive manner.
- Collaborate with different teams resolving customer’s line up.
- Negotiate and secure partnership deals with brand and merchant.
- Monitoring the delivery time
- Check the status time to time so the customer didn’t call you for follow up in their order.
- Assisting Loong Riders to communicate with our customers and merchants so we can avoid wasting time and gas.
- Providing quick solution in riders problem
- If we notice already that our riders got the cancelled request we have to tell them right away.
- Assisting our Hub Captain for those needs , Especially on the riders concern, so we can avoid delayed transaction
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 1-2 years of working experience in the related field is required
- Amenable to work in shifting schedule
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
