Programmatic Specialist  

The Programmatic Specialist role is responsible for the development and implementation of strategic performance display and programmatic media campaigns. The key focuses of the role are building campaigns and creating recommendations, implementation of improvements, and management and optimisation of ongoing campaigns, all while ensuring a high standard of execution and service levels with a goal of campaign performance excellence.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and execute Programmatic campaign strategies within our demand side platforms
• Use data and best-practice knowledge to optimise and manage active campaigns, and provide actionable insights for performance improvement
• Monitor campaign performance to provide robust and detailed reporting as required to internal and external stakeholders
• Communicate campaign details and objectives as necessary, including KPI expectations
• Understand and utilise new Programmatic features and trends, working with the team to enhance the Programmatic offering
• Other tasks that support the wider delivery team

• A minimum of 2 year’s work experience in a digital role with significant knowledge in online marketing
• Experience with Google Marketing and Social Media platforms, relevant certifications – nice to have
• Knowledge and experience with the Programmatic media ecosystem and experience with the Demand Side Platform (DSP), CM and DV360
• Ability to multi-task and effectively prioritise in order to manage multiple campaigns at once
