Job Description
- Build relationships and collaborate across the organization to understand the pulse of the employees.
- Ensure that all company activities are align to the company’s culture, core values, vision and mission.
- Manages, researches and develops wellness initiatives to improve employee wellbeing in the organization
- The main goal is to be working actively to help positively influence corporate culture and to ultimately retain talent.
- Manages and drives corporate activities and organizational engagements that are targeted to the entire organization and ensuring that these activities meet the goal of employee retention and culture building
- The main keeper in ensuring that the culture is being implemented across organization and also serves as a central point to employees regarding upcoming events.
- Perform various administrative functions to ensure projects are executed efficiently and effectively
- The work of an Engagement Specialist requires the ability to influence the experience of the target audience. The role may include troubleshooting and give a hand in any problems between the target audience (employees) and the organization.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidates should be a bachelor degree holder--
- Should be excellent in both oral and written English
- Must have a pleasing personality and should be a great people person
- Should have knowledge in Google Sheets & Google Docs.
- Must have at least 1-2 years experience in employee engagement implementation or any related field of expertise
- Must be a good team player and willing to work with different levels of the organization
- Willing to work in extended hours, holidays & weekends if necessary
