Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Consulting and handling corporate legal processes.
- Researching, anticipating and guarding company against legal risks.
- Guide managers and ensure compliance with rules and regulations.
- Structure, draft and review reports and other legal documents.
- Draft and administer all contracts.
- Provide legal assistance/advice to the persons within the organization in relation to the company operations.
- Conceptualize and organize action plans.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, following a carefully mapped out timetable.
- Provide support to the Executive team - act as a liaison to concern project teams, conduct market research, manage the calendar of events.
- Maintain communication with external parties-including legal matters.
- Prepare high-quality documents and perform other legal duties.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), Law or equivalent.
- Possess leadership, project and time management skills.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Law/Legal Services or equivalent.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Bonifacio Global City.
