Job Description
The Customer Service Representative attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services. Process orders, prepare correspondences and fulfill customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Make outbound calls to prospective and/or existing customers to generate sales by introducing client's services and/or products
- Establish, develop and maintain good business relationship with current and prospective customers by providing excellent and effective service
- Maintain Sales in accordance with the company's goals and objective
- Conduct regular contact on all accounts based on attain sales target
Minimum Qualifications
- Preferably at least 1-2 years of relevant work experience in call center environment
- Basic computer and internet navigation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive, self-motivated, and delivers effective problem solving
- Strong outbound sales background is preferred
- Amenable to work in shifting schedules
