Job Description
- Responsible for providing front end customer service in addition to secretarial, clerical and administrative support
- Typing workplace documents, including letters and reports
- Hands-On experience in giving information to visitors and answering their questions
- Handles receptionist duties from time to time which includes meeting and greeting tenants and clients
- Able to maintain an organized reception area
- Provide office support services to ensure efficiency
- Maintained office supplies and materials needed
- Provided administrative services to Management and Clients
- Perform all other tasks assigned by Xspace Management
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Administrative and Shared Service Office.
- Required skills: Microsoft Office; Basic IT Background.
- Strong analytical and planning skills.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
