Job Description
A. Sales and Marketing Support
- Prepares work to be accomplished by gathering information and materials
- Plans visual concepts ahead of time for monthly designs by doing research
- Does ocular visits to retail stores for overview and needs assessments for design concepts
B. Processing of Job Orders
- Work collaboratively with Marketing Associate regarding job orders from internal clients
- Presents visual concepts clearly to internal clients for review and approval
- Negotiates effectively regarding deadlines with internal clients
- Materializes job orders within seven (7) days
Minimum Qualifications
- Knowledge of various design software
- Analytical skills - Ability to create designs that convey the client's desired message
- Creativity - Ability to create designs with high visual impact and appeal to a client
- Innovative - Ability to introduce new and unique approaches to design making
- Negotiation skills - Ability to effectively negotiate with internal clients regarding conflicts
- Professional approach to time, costs, and deadlines
- Interpersonal effectiveness - Ability to balance priorities versus demands
- Excellent calendaring, organizing, delegating and coordinating skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks at one time
