Job Description
- Responds to game inquiries from players;
- Escalates certain issues when necessary;
- Be familiar with team process and game specifications;
- Check in-app announcements, official pages, social networking sites for new information and updates
Minimum Qualifications
- Any Bachelor's degree;
- Above-average English communication skills;
- Detail-oriented;
- Willing to work in shifting schedules, on weekends, and on holidays
- Willing to work in Ayala Avenue, Makati City
