Position / Role Summary
Your role is to support the purchasing process of PwC AC Manila and its affiliates including, but not limited to, selecting third party vendors and suppliers, coordinating and supporting on sourcing and procurement processes, and quality control and adhering to the PwC AC Manila’s values, ethics and policies and procedures
You will support and take part in the the supply chain and logistics process and work with the Procurement Manager in implementing cost-effective purchases of all goods and services, as required by PwC AC Manila.
Your role will require external or vendor management, internal key stakeholder management, attention to detail and time management skills.
You will interface directly with management teams and other key stakeholders across the firm and will work with cross-functional teams (e.g. marketing, change and communications, finance & human capital) to execute on priority initiatives for PwC AC Manila.
Reporting
This position will report to the Procurement Manager and the Office of the General Counsel Lead/Chief of Staff (Operations).

Key Responsibilities
- Support other duties as may be assigned by the Procurement Manager or operations leadership.
- Prepare and review purchase requests, purchase orders, contracts, and other procurement documents.
- Prepare and review sourcing, evaluation, and engagement of reliable and ethical vendors and suppliers.
- Conduct supplier assessments and maintain accurate records of supplier information and performance.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders on vendor accreditation and procurement planning.
- Negotiate with suppliers to ensure favorable terms and cost efficiencies.
- Ensure procurement activities align with PwC's internal compliance standards and budgetary requirements.
- Monitor delivery schedules and ensure timely receipt of goods and services.
- Generate procurement reports and support data analysis to aid in decision-making. Develop procurement policies and strategies that are inventive and cost-effective.
- Promote cost-saving initiatives and help drive process improvements in procurement workflows.
- Provide training or guidance to junior team members as needed.
- Act as a point of contact for escalations or urgent procurement matters in the absence of the Manager.
- Carrying out other duties as assigned by the Directors assigned to this position including handling visitor experience from other territories.
- And other related duties as may be required from time to time.
Kualifikasi Minimum
Educational Background
- College degree or similar in business administration, supply chain management and related disciplines
Essential Requirements
- At least five (5) years of business administrative experience specializing in procurement or supply chain management
- With relevant background on procurement or supply chain management
- Good in written and communication skills
Preferred Experience /Skills
- Proficiency in MS Office applications – Word, Excel, Powerpoint
- Project Management

- Be able to demonstrate resilience and manage conflicts positively
- Strong attention to detail

- Self-starter who is able to work independently and flexible to work outside office hours, if required
- Amenable to work on-site (Pasig, Taguig)
